2. Upon completion of the work described in paragraph 1 of this Minute, that all ore then available on the surface of the Mining Lease be transported to Coolgardie for treatment by Higginsville Mining Pty Ltd.
3. Upon completion of treatment of the ore at Higginsville, the gold recovered be delivered to the Perth Mint with instructions to be given to the Mint for proceeds to be paid by cheque to Lawton Lawyers and McKenzie Lalor.
4. The proceeds of gold received from the Perth Mint be paid into a trust account in the joint names of the solicitors for the Plaintiff and the solicitors for the Defendants and they are authorised to pay cartage, treatment and royalty payments.
