11All disturbances to the surface of the land made as a result of exploration, including costeans, drill pads, grid lines and access tracks, being backfilled and rehabilitated to the satisfaction of the Environmental Officer, DMIRS. 51The licensee or transferee, as the case may be, shall within thirty (30) days of receiving written notification of:-
  • the grant of the licence; or
  • registration of a transfer introducing a new licensee;
